Job Description

Your mission

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas and roles: job posting, active sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and follow-up throughout the full hiring cycle.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define hiring needs, align on role requirements, and ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment experience.
  • Assess candidates across different functions and seniority levels (from junior to senior), evaluating both hard and soft skills, cultural fit, and motivation to ensure the best match for each position.
  • Use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other specialized platforms.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives
