Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments

- Perform market research and talent mapping to identify and engage with top talent across industries
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
- Manage and oversee recruitment reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
Qualifications
