Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments

  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
  • Manage and oversee recruitment reporting, analytics, and performance metrics

Qualifications
