Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Negotiate job offers and support onboarding activities for new hires.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within (Industry, e.g., Tech/Healthcare).
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and interviewing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
