What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a unique, hybrid role that blends recruitment, outreach, and workforce development program delivery support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, writing strong job postings, supporting recruitment processes end-to-end, and contributing to programs that create meaningful access to work opportunities. This position reports into the HR department and work closely with both the HR team and our Workforce Development team , supporting hiring across the organization while also contributing to workforce program delivery initiatives.
