Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in the US Mortgage domain to manage end-to-end hiring for mortgage operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for mortgage roles (Underwriting, Processing, QC, Closing, Post-Closing)
Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
Meeting hiring timelines and SLAs
Requirements:
Proven recruitment experience in the Mortgage domain
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to join immediately or within 30 days
