We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet organizational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across BFSI, Pharma, and Insurance Sales domains.
Conduct sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, references, etc.).
Manage bulk hiring and volume-based recruitment drives.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the applicant tracking system.
Handle offer rollouts and ensure smooth onboarding.
Act as an individual contributor, meeting recruitment targets and deadlines independently.
