Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Advisor to join our team in Bangalore. This role will support sourcing efforts across the North American Region specializing in US Mortgage process.

This role is based out of Bangalore location and is into hybrid mode

Key Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of hands on experience in full-cycle US Non IT recruitment.

Exposure hiring to US Mortgage process,Insurance and banking process hirings

Excellent sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills .

In depth knowledge of US hiring practices and compliance requirements.
