Your New Role
As a leader in Talent Management & Learning, you will need to:
  • Develop internal talent using performance evaluation, succession planning processes
  • Identifying talent needs to ensure efficient recruitment to provide resourceful training and development for the employees.
  • Design talent management framework, and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of leadership talent
  • Develop competency management initiatives
  • Oversee talent acquisition recruiting operations and related processes driving streamlined processes across different divisions
  • Coordinate mid-to-senior level staff recruitment, confirmation, placement and separation activities
