The Talent Acquisition Supervisor LATAM role is responsible for leading the recruitment team, developing and implementing talent attraction strategies across operational, technical, administrative, and professional positions.
Key responsibilities include supervising local operational recruitment processes; coordinating attraction campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships; managing recruitment KPIs; and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The supervisor will also develop trainee programs in partnership with universities and lead employee value proposition initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
