Job Description

About role:

To lead and deliver training initiatives across the West Zone while spearheading strategic Corporate HR and Training projects at an organizational level. The role focuses on capability building, leadership development, and aligning learning interventions with business and HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Training (West Zone):

• Plan, design, and deliver training programs across the West Zone.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with regional HR and business teams.

• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.

• Ensure consistency and quality of training delivery.

• Measure training effectiveness and impact.


Talent & capability Projects:

• Lead organization-wide HR and Training initiatives.

• Design learning frameworks and competency models.

• Support leadership development and talent initiatives.

• Manage cross-functional learning projects.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners.


Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with regional leadership and Corporate HR.

• Present reports and updates to senior management.

• Align training initiatives with business strategy.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Management

• 12-15 years of experience in capability development/training

• Regional training exposure preferred

• Experience in corporate environments

• Exposure to digital learning platforms
