Role Summary
The Talent Coach is responsible for managing, coaching, and quality‑assuring a team of client‑facing Executive Assistants (EAs). This role ensures consistent service delivery, strong client relationships, operational coverage, and continuous improvement across the EA team. The Talent Coach acts as the bridge between leadership, clients, and EAs—balancing people management, performance oversight, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor team attendance, check‑ins, and coverage; document absences and exceptions
- Review EA calendars to ensure client coverage and proactively identify conflicts
- Approve urgent time‑off requests and adjust coverage as needed
- Conduct spot checks on EA client communications to ensure professionalism, clarity, and timeliness
