This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and placing top‑tier underwriting talent for US mortgage operations. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit US Mortgage Underwriters (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA).
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for outsourced underwriting roles.
• Leverage industry networks, databases, referrals, and headhunting strategies to find niche talent.
• Assess candidates’ technical underwriting skills and US mortgage compliance knowledge.
