Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple learning and talent development projects from planning to delivery
- Design and implement digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual and blended programs.
- Oversee talent initiatives such as competency development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business units to align learning with organizational goals.
- Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning offerings.
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record in managing projects across digital learning and talent development.
- The ideal candidate will come from a consulting firm background - They will have expertise in learning technologies and talent frameworks, solid project management skills (preferably PMP/Prince2 certified), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to drive impactful, innovative solutions.
