Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with functional managers
  • Conduct detailed training needs analysis and skills mapping to understand the requirements for enhancement of employee capability in technical and non-technical areas
  • Develop and maintain relationship with business heads to understand their training and development requirements and plan training calendar accordingly
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability.
  • Finalize the contents of specific training interventions based on gathered inputs from external and internal experts
  • Plan, create and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications to business stakeholders

Experience of 2-5 years

Experience in L&D Domain is must

Qualification - MBA HR
