The Talent Development manager will design, implement & deliver talent development solutions in close collaboration with our Global COEs, HRBPs and site leaders that build organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and ensure a strong leadership and succession pipeline aligned with business strategy.

Learning Strategy & Design
- Develop and execute the organizational learning and development strategy.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify capability gaps and future skill requirements.
- Design end-to-end learning programs using blended and experiential approaches, aligning with our Global COEs Academy Programs.
