The Talent Development manager will design, implement & deliver talent development solutions in close collaboration with our Global COEs, HRBPs and site leaders that build organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and ensure a strong leadership and succession pipeline aligned with business strategy.

The Talent Development Manager for luxury operates as a strategic enabler, designer, facilitator, and talent advisor—not just delivering training, but building organizational capability, leadership depth, engagement, and succession readiness in a sustainable and measurable way.

How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact

Learning Strategy & Design

  • Develop and execute the organizational learning and development strategy.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify capability gaps and future skill requirements.
  • Design end-to-end learning programs using blended and experiential approaches, aligning with our Global COEs Academy Programs.
