We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop, implement, and manage training, workshops, and e-learning modules for hard and soft skills (e.g., coding, leadership, communication).
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze organizational needs and employee performance to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Performance & Career Management: Lead performance appraisal processes, support career pathing, and manage competency models.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to align development with business strategy.
  • Culture Building: Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and positive work environment.
  • Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of development programs and report on impact.
