Performance & Career Management: Lead performance appraisal processes, support career pathing, and manage competency models. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to align development with business strategy. Culture Building: Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and positive work environment. Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of development programs and report on impact.
