What will you do?

As a Talent Development Specialist at CompuSoluciones, your main mission will be to:

• Manage and monitor the Annual Training Plan, ensuring alignment with STPS regulations.
• Execute and manage training and onboarding programs related to compliance with NOMs 002, 006, 017, 019, 022, 027, 029, 030, and 036.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits, according to applicability at each worksite.
• Upload, update, and maintain information in SIRCE.
• Coordinate the hiring of external training providers that meet STPS requirements.
