Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Development Coordinator to support our workforce programs. This role will assist in rolling out learning and development initiatives, tracking employee progress, and ensuring smooth program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Support & Coordination:
- Assist in implementing talent mobility and learning programs for staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on career development opportunities.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, including scheduling and logistics.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain records of employee skills, certifications, and program participation.
- Compile data and assist in creating reports and presentations for leadership.
- Support data visualization efforts using tools like Tableau and Excel.
