Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide effective support and development for all TD SYNNEX Core Business Systems, demonstrating excellent communication and complex problem solving skills in a highly pressured Support Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quick and effective day to day support for all Core Business Systems ensuring ownership through to resolution;
- Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements via regular application upgrades or specific projects identified by the business leads;
- Key player in the On/Off Boarding Process for the country, insuring alignment to the SOX Compliances;
- Develop local scripts via our ERP2 System, assisting the Business in reducing workload and improving work efficiency;
- Delivery of high quality training to TD SYNNEX on all Core Business System including Sales and SOE academy, Sap and Horizon Induction, plus 1-2-1 sessions, all to be delivered via WebEx, face to...
