Job Summary

Tokyo Talent Experiences & Gifting Coordinator (Part-time)

Responsibilities

  • Support APAC Regional Lead in planning gifts for VIP talents (Directors, Producers, Writers, Lead Actors).
  • Coordinate gifting for various occasions (productions, birthdays, festivals, awards, etc.).
  • Research trends and collaborate with brands, consultants, and vendors for creative gifting ideas.
  • Organize, manage, and track all gifting logistics, vendors, and databases.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of marketing/PR experience in content industry or luxury brands.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese business practices and culture.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience curating gifts for celebrities or top executives.
  • Familiarity with Japan's content-related talents and industry.
  • Strong research and aesthetic sensibilities in the luxury space.
