who enjoys research, data, and structured problem-solving.
In this role, you will work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to
understand talent markets, benchmark compensation, analyse competitors, and generate high-quality candidate leads
across multiple channels.This is a
high-impact internship
with real ownership and visibility.
What you will work on
1. Talent Market Research
Research talent supply across roles, skills, and geographies
Map competitor companies and their hiring patterns
Identify where top talent comes from and how they move
2. Salary Benchmarking & Insights
Collect and analyse compensation data from:
Market reports
Candidate conversations
Live hiring data
Build salary ranges and benchmarks by role, level, and location
