The Opportunity
My client, a leading organsation (MNC) in the Luxury Retail industry has an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Development Manager to join the SEA team. This position will focus on a vast array of learning and development activities held at the SEA Talent Development Centre including leadership programmes, lab series, cross-brand forums and skills-based workshops
Dynamic & supportive work environment
Location: Central
Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to $10k (subjected to experience)
2 years contract (convertible to perm subjected to performance)
The Talent:
Minimum of 5 years of work experience
Proven knowledge and experience in a learning/ training role
Hands-on experience in managing corporate program (End to end)
Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in using virtual communication applications, e.g...
