  • Build Strategic Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain high-quality talent pools for current and future staff and internship positions
  • Lead End-to-End Hiring Process: Design and implement clear, rigorous, and transparent selection processes that consistently attract and onboard top-tier talent.
  • Manage Documentation: Prepare and process offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation with precision and timeliness.
  • Expand Talent Networks: Build and nurture strategic relationships with head-hunters, educational institutions, and campus placement networks
