Job Purpose


The Head – Talent Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the organization’s talent strategy to ensure a robust leadership pipeline, high employee performance, and long-term workforce sustainability aligned with business objectives.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and execute an integrated talent management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
  • Drive strategic workforce and succession planning initiatives.


Performance Management:
