Summary:

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for Recruitment & Organization Development by attracting, selecting, and onboarding high-quality talent while supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of organizational structures, processes, and people capabilities. The role ensures alignment between workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational development initiatives to support business objectives and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with manpower plans and business needs.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management). •
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
    • Maintain talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
    • Track recruitment KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire).
  • Organization Development
    • Support the design and review of organizational structures, job descriptions, and job evaluation frameworks.
    • Participate in OD initiatives such as performance management, competency frameworks, workforce planning and policy making.
    • Assist in change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
    • Support learning and development needs analysis in coordination with HR and business leaders.
    • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support organizational effectiveness.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience, preferably within Pharmacies, pharmaceuticals, Retail Industries.
  • Recruitment tools and techniques (behavioral interviewing, competency-based interviews, assessment centers).
  • Workforce planning and manpower analysis.
  • Job analysis, job evaluation, and job architecture.
  • Performance management systems.
  • HR analytics and reporting.
Working Conditions:

  • Working Days: 5 Days – From Sunday to Thursday.
  • Working Hours: 8 Hours / Day
  • Locations: Giza – Onsite.
  • Overtime: Based on workload.
