About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for customer-side non-technical roles at Turing. This role focuses on high-volume talent sourcing, capacity planning, and fulfillment across multiple client requirements in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple customer-side non-technical roles (3–4 concurrent requirements).
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Delivery and Talent Fulfillment teams.
- Assess talent supply, identify gaps, and activate external sourcing channels as needed.
- Oversee capacity planning and hiring ramp-ups to meet client timelines.
- Partner with Delivery Leads to align on requirements and expectations.
- Track and report key hiring metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
