Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple customer-side non-technical roles (3–4 concurrent requirements).

Serve as the primary point of contact between Delivery and Talent Fulfillment teams.

Assess talent supply, identify gaps, and activate external sourcing channels as needed.

Oversee capacity planning and hiring ramp-ups to meet client timelines.

Partner with Delivery Leads to align on requirements and expectations.

Track and report key hiring metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

5–10 years of experience in recruitment delivery, talent operations, or global staffing.

Strong expertise in high-volume sourcing, pipeline management, and onboarding.

Experience with client-side hiring models and stakeholder management.

Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
