  • Propose improvements and optimizations, 

  • Tell a story to candidates using a range of data analytics, linking insights to the business strategy, 

  • This is an important role requiring both analytical, project management skills and business awareness.
  • Your key responsibilities

  • Project management/coordination 

  • Ability to work with complex information spread across multiple stakeholders

  • Work on scheduled and ad’hoc HR onboarding activities

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion

  • Improve operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates
