Reporting to the Director of Talent Strategies – Academic Affairs, the Talent Operations Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for the Talent Strategies and Operations teams within the Talent & Inclusion Division.This role focuses on process improvements related to Workday and assists with delivering university-wide projects and key initiatives requiring extensive engagement with WPI constituents, including faculty and staff. This position requires an enthusiastic approach to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, equity, and belonging.
