Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Recruitment & Onboarding

· Manage end to end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting and interviews.

· Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and maintain a hiring pipeline.

· Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

2. HR Administration & Compliance

· Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, medical, and other HR documentation.

· To apply for work pass applications, renewals, and other government related submissions.

· Checking and verifying of staff expenses claim, petty cash, and preparing purchase requisition.

·   Responsible for subsidies, Claims Processing, Tax Compliance and Submission

· Part of organization work team for projects eg ISO Audit
