Talent Ops Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Talent Ops Assistant who will support our internal recruiting operations, keep our ATS running smoothly, manage job postings and inbound applications, and assist with both internal and external hiring workflows. This role blends HR administration, recruiting coordination, ATS management, sourcing support, and operational assistance for the leadership team.

You will be the
go-to person for Ashby
, ensuring that every job, pipeline, automation, and report is updated, accurate, and aligned with our processes. You'll also manage our job boards, review inbound applicants, coordinate interviews, run reference checks, assist with quarterly reviews, and jump into sourcing or recruiting tasks when the team is behind.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves structure, is energized by fast-moving workflows, and takes extreme ownership.
