**12 month fixed term contract**



As a HR Partner, you will make an impact by providing proactive human resource support to team of employees in line with the HR strategy and business objectives. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with the HR Lead for the region.



In this role, you will:



+ Support the UK & Ireland HR Leader at both an operational and strategic level in a fast-moving dynamic environment

+ Act as lead HR support to client groups of technology and business process professionals based in Ireland and the

+ Support employee life cycle events for employees, including on-boarding, development, promotion, bonus and merit increases and others as necessary

+ Build effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activities
