12 month fixed term contract As a HR Partner, you will make an impact by providing proactive human resource support to team of employees in line with the HR strategy and business objectives. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with the HR Lead for the region. In this role, you will: Support the UK & Ireland HR Leader at both an operational and strategic level in a fast-moving dynamic environment Act as lead HR support to client groups of technology and business process professionals based in Ireland and the Support employee life cycle events for employees, including on-boarding, development, promotion, bonus and merit increases and others as necessary Build effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activities Advise managers and leaders on statutory compliance and HR best practice e.g. disciplinary, grievance, maternity etc. Work model: We believe hybrid work ...
