Talent Partner - Financial Services

Our client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based at Mumbai.

The individual should be an MBA- HR with 4- 5 yrs experience, in the Banking/ Financial Services sector based at Mumbai. Early joiners would be preferred.

• The incumbent should be a Talent Acquisition specialist preferably who has worked in a dynamic aggressive environment, managed large number of recruitments.
• The person should excellent communication skills, have the capability of managing the key business stake holders.
• The individual should have worked on all possible Sourcing Mix for acquiring Talent, dealt with recruitment firms, done competition Mapping.
• Should be hands-on and have very good experience in preparing presentations, Excellent in MS-Excel (advanced), preparing TA Dashboards for management presentations and publishing.
