We are seeking an experienced and polished Talent Partner to lead hiring for Non-Electronics categories within our e-commerce business across UAE and India. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally to senior candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end recruitment across various categories for UAE and India.
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, understanding long-term talent needs.
- Manage mid to senior-level hiring, including niche and specialized roles.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipeline creation via Linked In.
- Conduct high-quality candidate assessments and interviews.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining strong candidate experience.
What you'll need:
- 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-driven businesses.
- Polished, well-spoken, and confident communicator.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience hiring across UAE (preferred) and India markets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
