This role focuses on identifying high-performing field sales talent who can drive market penetration and sales growth in the pharmacy/pharmaceutical sector.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br /> <b>Specifically, this role will involve:</b></div> <ul> <li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks</li> <li>Screen candidates for sales experience, pharma product exposure, and target achievement history</li> <li>Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, market knowledge, and sales capability</li> <li>Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring managers</li> <li>Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups</li> <li>Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers</li> <li>Support bulk hiring and regional hiring drives when required</li> </ul> <div><b>Ideal candidate will have:</b></div> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience recruiting pharmaceutical sales or market representative roles</li> <li>Strong understanding of field sales operations, territories, and performance metrics</li> <li>Ability to evaluate candidates based on market reach, doctor network, and sales achievements</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment</li> <li>Strong networking and sourcing capabilities within the pharma sales ecosystem</li> </ul> <div><b>Qualifications:</b></div> <ul> <li>Any graduate </li> </ul>
