We are hiring a Technical Recruiter who has experience in US IT recruitment.
Work Location: Bangalore / Chennai

What will you do?
- Recruiting for IT professionals in the US.
- Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates.
- Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards.
- Pre-Screen IT candidates by phone and video calls.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers.
- Tracking interview feedback for candidates.
- Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.
