About the Role

NetworkPedia is expanding its recruitment delivery team and is looking for a high-performing Talent Partner / IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT staffing. This role is designed for recruiters who want direct exposure to clients , ownership of delivery, and the opportunity to work on US/Canada-focused hiring .

This is not a resume-pushing role. You’ll be expected to operate like a true recruitment consultant —owning requisitions end-to-end, engaging with hiring managers, advising on talent strategy, and consistently delivering quality candidates.
