The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, the Talent & Performance Program Manager (Contract) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and quality execution of performance management, talent planning (including succession planning), and engagement survey processes. This role ensures programs are implemented to a high standard, insights are translated into practical actions, and leaders are supported with clear tools, guidance, and materials.

This role operates as a hands‑on leader and subject matter expert, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and enabling consistency, rigor, and clarity across the organization.
