Talent Pool Avionics Senior Supervisor

The post holder will be an experienced and skilled Avionic Technician and Supervisor undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on aircraft or aircraft components. The post holder requires an excellent understanding of the approved data set and is competent to supervise personnel carrying out maintenance instructions in accordance with the organisations regulatory framework. He is responsible for tasking of work & supervision of personnel/people management. Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets at a tactical level. Demonstrates people management and leadership skills. Demonstrates awareness of broader external dependencies and identifies areas for continuous improvement. In addition, the post holder may have certain privileges delegated from the Maintenance Manager.
