YOUR NEW ROLE:

Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement of Talent processes, focusing in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Training .

You will also work cross-functionally with the Employee Experience , Talent Acquisition , Learning & Development , and HRIS teams.
