  • Build and manage demand forecasting and intake governance models to improve staffing visibility and reduce delays.
  • Direct and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a results-oriented and customer-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Resource Management teams to optimize costs, improve hiring efficiency, and enhance delivery governance.
  • Deliver executive dashboards and pipeline health metrics to support proactive leadership decision-making.
