Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: PHP 45,000/month + Commission. OTE is 45K/month commission (90K/month total compmensation) by end of year one
About the Role
Cullerton Group is hiring a Talent Screener to support our internal IT and Engineering recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience conducting candidate phone screens. You’ll play a key part in qualifying candidates before they’re submitted to recruiters and clients.
This is a remote, full-time internal role supporting U.S.-based recruiting projects.
