Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, social platforms, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical IT roles (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, Data Engineering, QA, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Conduct detailed resume screening and handle first-level call to validate candidate knowledge and comfort level with required technologies to ensure candidate is role fit before forwarding profiles for further process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and closing strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining engagement until onboarding.
