Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn and call candidates (e.g. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
• Conduct outreach and interviews to understand their career goals
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, from first contact to offer
• Collaborate with Account Managers who handle the client side
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
