The Talent Sourcing Associate is responsible for building strong, high-quality talent pipelines to support Boomering’s hiring needs. This role focuses on top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate engagement, and market mapping, ensuring recruiters are consistently supported with job-aligned, ready-to-interview candidates. This role does not manage offers or client coordination. Instead, it plays a critical role in ensuring speed, quality, and competitiveness in Boomering’s recruitment efforts.
