• Pre‑screen applicant submissions, utilize phone screeners, and recommend candidates for progression through the pipeline.
• Manage communication flow between candidate, hiring manager, and recruitment operations, ensuring all parties are up to date at each recruiting phase.
• Creatively source active and passive candidates using up‑to‑date methods, tools, and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospective applicants.
