Job Description

·       Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and talent profiles.

·       Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and networking.

·       Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technology, product, operations, and business roles.

·       Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest.

·       Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

·       Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and salary benchmarks to support hiring decisions.

·       Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

·       Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process through to offer stage when required.
