Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean searches, networking, and social media) to identify qualified candidates for candidates looking to make a difference.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-demand positions across Case Management, Language Services, and Administrative Services.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with job requirements, including technical expertise, language proficiency, and relevant experience.
  • Maintain an active pool of pre-qualified candidates to meet urgent and high-volume hiring needs.
